Terms of Service

QAgent is an automated quality-assurance platform. It crawls the websites and applications you point it at, runs tests across browsers and devices, and reports the issues it finds along with steps and screenshots. Features, engines, and limits may change over time as we improve the product.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service, and you are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your credentials secure and enable two-factor authentication where offered.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may only test websites, applications, and endpoints that you own or are expressly authorized to test. QAgent drives real interactions — including, where you enable it, submitting forms and creating or deleting data — so you are solely responsible for having permission to run those tests against a given target.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Test, scan, or probe systems you do not own or have written permission to test.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
• Overload, disrupt, or degrade any infrastructure, or circumvent rate limits and security controls.
• Violate any applicable law, or infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or misrepresent the service except as permitted by law.

Paid plans and credits are billed according to the pricing shown at purchase. Credits are consumed when you run tests and may expire per your plan.

You retain all rights to the URLs, credentials, configurations, and other content you submit ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Content solely to provide and improve the service — including crawling your targets, running tests, generating reports, and producing AI summaries. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The service, including its software, models, and branding, is owned by [Your Company Legal Name] and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership to you.

The service integrates with third-party providers (for example, bug trackers, email delivery, cloud hosting, and AI processing). Your use of those integrations may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. QAgent surfaces potential issues but does not guarantee that it will find every defect, or that any target is free of bugs, vulnerabilities, or non-compliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your Customer Content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law — including any claim that you tested a target without authorization.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
