• Content you submit: the URLs and applications you test, any credentials or configuration you provide so the agent can sign in and run tests, and the environments and variables you store.
• Test results: crawl data, screenshots, console logs, and the issues and reports the service generates about your targets.
• Usage data: log data, device and browser information, and how you interact with the product.
• Cookies and similar technologies: used to keep you signed in and to remember preferences.

We use information to:

• Provide the service — crawl your targets, run tests, and generate reports and summaries.
• Authenticate you, secure your account, and process two-factor verification.
• Process payments and manage plans and credits.
• Send transactional messages such as run notifications and security alerts.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service, and prevent abuse.

QAgent uses AI to analyze test results, write issue summaries, and power the in-app assistant. When you use these features, relevant run data (such as detected issues) is processed to produce answers grounded in that run.

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember settings such as your active workspace and theme. Where required by law, we will ask for consent before using any non-essential cookies.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers ("subprocessors") that help us operate the service, and only as needed. These typically include:

• Cloud hosting and database providers that store your account and run data.
• Object storage for screenshots and generated reports.
• Email delivery providers for transactional messages.
• An AI provider that processes run data to generate summaries and assistant responses.
• Bug-tracker integrations (such as Jira or Azure DevOps) when you choose to file issues to them.
• Payment processors, if you purchase a paid plan.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger or acquisition.

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and afterward only as required to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations. You can delete runs and content, and you can request deletion of your account.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, encrypted secrets, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

The service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
